We bought a Herdysleep mattress in 2018. Part of our reason for buying it was the 10 year guarantee. Herdysleep is a medium firm mattress which we found suited our needs. Roll on to 2025. We have a huge problem with the mattress sagging on the edge. We contacted Herdysleep who in turn contacted the mattress Manufacturer Harrison Spinks. They sent out an"independent"assessor who agreed that there was sagging on the mattress but that it was caused by sitting on the edge of the mattress.
