I bought a pickup from herb Easley 6 days!!! Later the motor went bad, 6 days!!!, luckily I bought a warranty, they called said it needs a motor so we ordered the new motor, when I went to pick it up I asked about the motors warranty, come to find they put a used high mileage motor in my pickup, My advice is to stay away from Herb Easley

I went to Herb Easley Volkswagen to gather information on a future purchase today. My salesman, D’Anthony, greeted me with a smile and a firm, welcoming handshake. I asked my questions about the 2019 Volkswagen Passat R-Line, which was beaming in Tourmaline Blue, and loaded with technology, comfort, and style. Not happy right now. I dropped my car off at Herb Easley Chevy for a tune up, oil change and vehicle inspection at 8:30 am. I just called to check on my car and the service department closed at 12:00pm. No phone call, no nothing from them. Now I am without a vehicle.
