After buying my car from here I have had nothing but trouble. First I never could get in for my first oil change they canceled twice do to the Mazda guy not being there. Next problem was my horn went out they told me it was my air bag module was the problem after but guess what it was the Horn not the module. Now I’m going on three weeks trying to get a recall fixed. It’s always some reason why the part is not there. I will never buy a car here ever again.
I've been to many dealerships in my life, but Herb Easley Motors is one of the best to deal with! Great & friendly staff! I would highly recommend Derek Matthews to anyone looking to buy a vehicle! He is one of the most laid back, pleasant, and diligent salesman I've ever dealt with! He definitely puts customer satisfaction as his number one priority! I will be contacting him in the future for my next vehicle!
My sales experience with Herb Easley has been wonderful but my service experience with the car I️ got has been abysmal. I took the vehicle in after only owning it for 6 mo bc it was making a loud squeaking noise when I️ drove it each morning. They said they weren’t able to get the car to make the noise after having it for three days and I needed it back so I️ came to get it. Brought my truck in for service on the park assist sensors. $400 later having only worked on it for less than an hour, they worked until the following morning. Upon asking for a proper repair or refund, I was denied both. Unprofessional, rude, dismissive, and unscrupulous. I wish there was a negative star rating. Would have been more satisfied by using the money as toilet paper, then slamming my hand in a car door.
I will start off by saying Pat and the nice young lady that allowed me to have a loaner car made this the absolute best experience I've had over the last 10 years with this dealership. Every situation prior to this has been extremely negative in nature and has made me dread even going down there for any reason whatsoever.
