Went I for my free oil change, didn't tell me until everything was done that i had 3 free tire rotations but they had expired but i could pay. Told him no & it would do it myself
I scheduled a service through the website, show up for my appointment and was turned away. I received 2 emails from tonyw@herbeasley, confirmation code: X0870089B8, one when I booked and one a day before the appointment as a reminder. I called to ask how long the service would take before I ever scheduled the appointment. Nobody there could tell me how long the service would take, not even a time range.
