Thought I had a great experience when I got my 2018 Equinox. First I had test drove a 2017 Chevy Traverse but was told that the bank said no but yes on the Equinox. Just received my paperwork come to find out I did not get the Equinox at the price that I was told of $23,000 but at $28,717.77 and the Traverse was at $26,000. The finance manger that I dealt with name Steve Lott's customer service was the worst for a manger. I will seek advice on what to do next first thing Monday. Steer clear of this business AT ALL COST
RecommendedThis is the best car dealership I've been to they helped my family and I very much. I got stuck in a terrible car that i couldn't get out of. They are the first dealership that doesn't just try to sell you a car. They make sure they keep up their cars. My sonic is perfect with not one problem. I will be a herb easley family for life. And would highly recommend to everyone.
Wanted to get a camaro they said i could finance it and let me take it home and Monday they said that i couldn't and had to bring it back come to find out they sold it to some one els. They said they give me a grate deal on this other one thats not as nice come to find out they wanted to sale it to me for the same price lmao then told me to have a nice day i will not ever do business with them ever again.

Very easy and a joy to work with. Mike Fairchild was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the 2018 Chevrolet Traverse I purchased. May be going back sooner than expected for a car for myself now.......
