The service department has changed drastically. Pull in for your appointment for service, they no longer greet you at your vehicle. Walk in with their confusion you had a appointment. takes 6 hrs after appointment time to look at your vehicle. Then state they have to order a part but not sure when part will arrive to due to GM being on strike. Told me they called around to find out if another dealership has a steering gear part. We brought my car in to sell on Saturday and was told that Tuesday they would overnight paper work to my dad to be signed. I had the car title that was signed my my dad. They just needed him to sign one paper. Tuesday they DID NOT over night it. Wednesday goes by, hadn’t heard anything. Thursday morning I called and no one knew what I was talking about and they said they would get back to me. 4 hours later nothing so I called again. Go read the google reviews for the Old Jacksboro Location: 19 five star ratings (slightly inflated due to biased employees who rate their workplace to make their score appear higher) and 11 one star ratings from disgruntled customers such as myself. You’ll either have a great experience (or love your job enough to give it 5 stars),or you’ll get staff that don’t care and they will provide horrendous customer service (and once you call them on not doing their job they threaten to tow your vehicle). More than anything it’s the no pressure atmosphere or experience when purchasing a vehicle. They want there customers happy with no pressure. They are extremely professional in that they will explain and assist you in the complicated process of purchasing your next vehicle.
I went in to herb Easley looking for a car either at 10,000 or under. I found me a car I liked and my dad was going to co sign but the salesman says their bank can’t prove his income when I sent his tax return and bank statements. It was a bunch of bs and the salesman talked a bunch a bs as well! Defywould not recommend this place
