RecommendedWe came into the service department after hitting a deer. We needed to get on the road ASAP to catch an international flight in Houston. The service department helped by checking out our Suburban to see if it was road worthy and also put a mirror on to get us safely back on the road very quickly. I am so impressed by the friendliness and concern they showed for us. Makes me want to buy my.next vehicle from Herb Easley Motors.
There's been several occasions we have gone there only to be faced with lies. We keep getting the run around and management blames everyone else. We would Not recommend this company.
We had a wonderful time purchasing our new red pickup truck. Hunter was so nice and helpful and so were Tim and Brad. Then Harvey helped get all the paperwork in order. The coverage and Free car wash for life is amazing. Hunter also showed us how to use all the bells and whistles!! Amber, Maribel, Alena and Diana were all so friendly!!
