I spoke with Tim over the phone. We was great to deal with very respectful and followed through. If you are looking to by a vehicle from Herb Chambers Toyota ask for Tim, great guy to talk to he's honest and up front. Unfortunately I can't give Herb Chambes Toyota 5 stars as we were unable to get a deal done due to a truly laughable trade in value. Very quick response. Friendly staff, truck was waiting for me when I walked in for test drive. Wasn't the right vehicle for me, but I would definitely go back.
I drove two hours to see a vehicle and five minutes from the dealership they called and said they had a deposit in the car. Not impressed.

Even though I may, or may not be buying a car from this dealership (haven't decided yet...), the sales manager, Richard, talked to me on the phone for 30 minutes about a vehicle. He even test drove it and told me everything there is to know about it. Pure honesty. Love the Boston accent.
