I scheduled a regular service for my 2021 Rav4 today, I booked the oil change special of $39.95. When dropping my vehicle I did chat with the service advisor about pricing and mentioned that I had the toyota care plan etc, then I said I booked the oil change special, she said yes it is always available at this location, but the final invoice will $45 with taxes, I said ok. I dont think ive had a worse experience with a car service facility than ive had with them this past month. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. I brought my prius in to get my headlights and a check engine light checked on 7/22. I was notified on the app the next day that they discovered the issue that was causing the check engine light to appear was an unresponsive valve, but stated that they needed more time to diagnose the issue that was causing my headlights to not work. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I originally went in hoping to purchase a Toyota Corolla Cross, but was told there was no inventory available, so I placed a $1,000 fully refundable deposit on a vehicle that was expected to arrive the following week.
