Easy to deal with.
Called the night before, said car was available, drove to Boston from outside of Hartford, Connecticut, said car was sold, needless to say, I was not happy driving 1 hour and 45 minutes each way, they were not rude.

Sales person was good, they offered very low price for my car. Ended up buying a different car from different dealer.
The salesman was very good but the girl on front table was not a welcoming girl
Relatively stragiht forward and markedly better than previous car buying experiences.
