Very slow responding.
Although I didn't buy a Prius from them, they provided me with all the info I requested. Palo followed up with me and made sure I had everything I needed. He was well informed and very pleasant.

A little slow in responding to specific questions. They were helpful when I eventually reached the right person.
Enjoyed the experience. They were very thorough
Walked in with my husband and baby and no one stopped to ask us if we needed help until we walked our the door
I got those generic response emails. I was going to answer them since they couldn't be bother to personally respond to my question
I suspect they tried the old bate and switch on me, I responded to a vehicle that they had just lowered the price on and low and behold, oh darn that one is not longer available but we have others at a slightly higher price, sounds suspicious to me
They helped in every possible way, answered all my questions and even stored my vehicle until I was ready to pick it up. 5 stars to Luke @ Herb Chambers
