I've been searching for a car for awhile, so I contacted Natasha pellot and she pointed me to Herb Chambers Hyundai of auburn. I am so happy that she did. This was my first time going to a car dealership. I didnt feel overwhelmed at all. Ryan MacLean is a great Salesman, he helped me pick out a car that fit my price range and fit me. I wasn't expecting to leave with a car the same day but I did and I'm very happy! I got what I wanted and more !
This dealership was top notch. We went in expecting to be bombarded with high pressure salesman but instead met Ryan Maclean. After speaking with him for a short while we could tell he was honest and genuine. He was so knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain everything so easily. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but in no way what so ever was pushy. Oh my god. I should've checked reviews here before I went to the dealership. As you see, this dealership was the worst ever. Even though I checked their quote several times via both email and phone before I visited, it turned out they were worst. I got a quote from other dealership with truecar certificate and employer discount but what I heard in this dealership was they couldn't match the quote. Wtf.
