Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Started of with the Internet Sales associate lying about have car available to purchase. After the said it was sold. I when back under the Internet site and then showed the car was still available. I email my inquiry about car. The same Internet rep call and left me a voice mail state the car was still available. WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO! They will lie and smooze you just to get you to sign papers. Then when you want out the next day they refuse and say their is nothing they can do. Got screwed big time by this company and i will NEVER set foot in another Herb Chambers again. I urge you to stay away this place!
It may be more of an indictment of Hyundai Corporate, but this location wanted to charge me just under $400 for a back up key + alarm button. Pretty sure I can beat that by half anywhere else. Four years ago, I wrote an unfavorable review of this location and got harassed by the manager - had to file a police report. Let's see what happens here.
