Extremely poor customer service. Can't seem to keep to an appointment and car is there for more than 2 days. This happens every time the car goes in. They have no problem trying to sell you one but after the deal is done your at their mercy. My husband has bought two cars there and at first it was ok years ago, but for the past 4 years or so the service is horrendous. Constant change of staff and service managers. We actually spoke with one service manager a while ago and he was quitting that day. He was thoroughly disgusted... read more

My daughter made appointment to buy car in auburn..got there when she said she would was told to wait..saleman was talking to somebody else waited one hour,,still nobody was to help her..says she will not go back to herb chambers..before this she had service done on her car which she felt was not what she paid for''was told not to come back..I bought my first hyubdai in 1993..have bought five cars there since..with this treatment of my daughter..why should I buy a sixth car there?

The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. They never return phone calls and can't fix anything they claim they do. I have been trying to get my car fixed here and it's had the same problem for a year now. They damaged my dash board on a previous repair and they have also failed to fix that yet, too. I would never buy a car here again just because of the service department.
