Jeff Allen and Jean Jovan were instrumental in helping me achieve my goal of finding the perfect new car at a price I could afford. They made the entire experience pleasant and even fun. Absolutely disgusted with the business practices of this dealership. I live near Hartford and made the unfortunate error in purchasing my car from this location. Bought my car here in July, let's not even begin with the lies about registration and delivering it at the promised time. My keys were stolen from my ignition on New Years Day. Buying my car from Herb Chambers Hyundai was an okay process except that I showed up to buy one car and when I got there was told they have sold it before I got there even though they knew I was coming in to purchase that said car.
