Took my 2013 Sonata there to get the key fob paired. They couldn’t do it because the key fob was junk. Even though they couldn’t do it, they asked me if I wanted the car washed and vacuumed. They also informed me of a recall on the seatbelt and inspected that. They are extremely nice and made my visit a great experience. Great service department!
I recently came to herb chambers auburn to see my options on my current lease of a Tucson. Our sales man Garrett was amazing! Very informative and not pushy! He presented all our options since I was not sure if I was going to purchase my lease or trade it in. He showed me every feature in my new sante fe and made sure everything was how I wanted it. He even got the car ready same day to take home! I will for sure come back to Garrett for any car needs in the future.
Just picked up my car from the service center. A 16 year old Sonata. Had misfiring in cylinders 1 and 4. They did a great job with it and it runs great again. They took awhile to get the job done (-1 Star) but they made up for it by returning my car to me SPOTLESS. washed and vacuumed perfectly which was a very nice surprise. What I paid was worth the work they did. Thanks guys!

Buying a car at Herb Chambers Hyundai was a fantastic, smooth, no pressure experience! I had been dealing with another dealership for years and was extremely unhappy, on a whim I stopped into Herb Chambers just to look at the Ioniq Hybrid. 2 weeks later, I bought it! I couldn’t be happier with my car and the buying process. Garrett and Michael were amazing! Thank you so much for helping me get into the car I wanted!

Horrible Service Department. Will never buy a Hyundai again because of the bad experience with the Service Department. Less than 76,000 miles and the transmission was bad. Took them two days to work with the Warranty company to confirm it was under warranty. On Monday was told transmission was in at 9am and it would take 1 day to repair. Here it is 3 days later and was just told another 2.5 days to get it done. All of a sudden a 9 hour job turned into 40 - and no one can explain how/why.
