After my 2017 Santa Fe completely stopped in the middle of heavy traffic. I called herb chambers to bring it in for service. The guys were extremely condescending and told me it was just bad gas. After the technician looked at it turns out the ignition coil was misfiring and there were 3 recalls in the car they never told me about. I was left without a car for 2 days because they they didn’t have any loaners and if I wanted to rent a car I’d have to pay for it.
