Had a great experience with Hannah at the salon yesterday. It was my first visit, I was greeted by friendly staff and made comfortable with a fan to keep me cool in this heat as the stylist blow dried my hair. Hannah then made me look beautiful and was very gentle. Being careful and asking me throughout if it was ok and not too tight as I’m tender headed. Honestly, the service is here is sensational. I CANNOT go anywhere else. It’s like travelling business class, any other hair salon is economy. I received the VIP hair wash and treatment from Heather, and I felt like I was transported to another world! 10/10 no notes! 🥰

I have been getting my hair done at Her Definition for nearly eight years, and my hair has never been healthier. What sets them apart from the other (many) salons I’ve been to, is the energy for caring for my natural hair is equal to the the install and styling of my weaves, wigs, and braids. I love changing my hair and have done just about every style you can think of, and the one thing I am confident of in, is that I will always leave the salon feeling and looking like THAT girl. Perfect experience from start to finish with Heather . The Luxury spa treatment was indulgent and great way to keep my hair healthy and my mind relaxed. Heather was knowledgeable and amazing! Highly recommend.

Once again Heather has helped restore my hair! Postpartum my scalp got very dry. Heather gave me a scalp treatment which has changed the game for me. The luxury spa was such a lovely one to one experience, very serene and relaxing.
