My husband bought a silver link necklace which I found too small. It was taken back and changed for a longer one, without any problem. So pleased we also bought earrings which are lovely. Good service and customer satisfaction seem to be back in fashion!! Thank you Henry.
Have bought a couple of items from this shop - and the service has always been first class - a great little jewellers and not expensive!!
I've never bought anything from this shop but have used it several times for battery and strap replacement on my many watches. The service has been unfailingly excellent. The proprietor is very obliging and the costs highly reasonable.
