Thank you to the women in the lab yesterday evening 11/4 for making my 3 year old blood draw experience a good one. I can't believe how good he was about it and it's all because of how you handled him. Thank you!
We had a good experience. Good communication, surgery was actually 10 minutes ahead of schedule and they took very good care of my husband. Only drawback was parking.
They have an ant and gnat infestation in the Labor and Delivery Unit. The staff in Labor and Delivery was amazing though. I didn't like seeing ants crawling about my newborns head or gnats flying around while trying to recover. They need to get some type of pest control. It seems they knew about the problem. They aren't even addressing my complaints.
My mother was given horrible service. The staff was rude. She also was discharged and the admitted to another hospital the next day and diagnosed with blood clots in her lungs and in her left leg.
The worst damn nurses and staff in history. I hate this mf and its cold in here and im hungry...
I LOVE PROVIDENCE HOSPITAL. WE WORK HARD TO GET YOU BACK ON YOUR FEET. TEAM PROVIDENCE
Although the care we've experienced is phenomenal; the communication with family is lacking. Every employee and department I've dealt with is rushed to reply as if they don't want to talk to family. You have to ask a question in 3-4 formats to receive any type of decent answer but it's never a complete answer. No one wants to pull a chart, ask the doctor, or return a call.
