St. John Providence Hospital has some of the best nurses that you will ever meet. My nurse Sarah was very awesome. I almost hated to leave, ALMOST
When dietary passed out sparkling juice to bring in the new year,they should have had something for everyone and not certain rooms. I know I'm diabetic but I just wanted a bottle for a 2017 souvenir since I had been there since 12/29/16 My feelings were hurt and I felt slighted. Thanks a lot
Dr Freeman was awesome she has taken such good care of Don's wounds and he won't loose his leg.
This was the worst service ive seen out of any hospital that i have been apart of the delivery. My daughter was the patient this time. From the men at the er at the security to most of the nurses were very rude and iunproffeasional. My daughter was in axtive labor and was given one pain shot for 7 hours. When I talked to the charge nurse on day shift on 3rd floor labor n delivery she acted as if nothing was wrong and they werent in the fault for anything. Poor nursing care. I need to speak to a nursing supervisor asap
I walked in on an orderly feeding my 86 year old aunt and was impressed. People in the medical field have a heavy responsibility, so when I see such concern, I'm grateful. One suggestion, make the elevator go 'ding!'. :-)
The doctors are very nice but the nurse i had was horrible the midnight nurse rude,snappy,let visitors come after visiting hours and make noice all night and she go sit at the front desk like she don't hear it so if you ever go on floor 6s watch out her name is Jill and she has a very nasty attitude horrible she's the midnight nurse and don't give you your meds on time either its just sad
They took the time and have me answer to why my knee was hurting when sinai grace did nothing providence took x-ray and let me know I had fluid on my knee that needed to be drain always have a better experience when I go there love this hospital
