just had heart surgery the i c u unit was great my nurse joe was so great ,,,at night and lisa during the day outstanding ,,,i thank you all ,,,,not feeling to good right now and didnt get a good night sleep ,,,,,but great job

Service is extremely SLOW. I agree with the last review, I'd rather drive 40mins somewhere else for better service. It even takes 20 minutes to get through for an appointment .Slowwwww, service
I was transferred here from the Providence Park Novi hospital for rehab. It is absolutely one of the best I've been in. This rehab floor is awesome. Dave Heilala
My niece had stomach pain today and headed to Beaumont Hospital's ER. She was there for 4 hours and they hadn't even taken a urine sample, but took blood and tried to get her to drink this stuff for an ultrasound. Poor thing couldn't drink it without throwing up. They were there for four hours and she was still in the hallway and only saw a doctor once!! My sister called me and they decided to leave and go to Providence Hospital's ER. It sucks when ur doctor want see u or cant ger ur medicine dr. Jeffery najor u need to see ur patients im out of all my medicine what can yall do for me im disable an a diabetic i need my meds i have nerve damage in both feet so what can i do to get my meds please help
I can't even set up a damn appointment they won't even answer the phone smh they just need to start completely over with the hospital system because this is ridiculous.
Dr.Soo is an amazing surgeon along with his surgical team...Thank you along with all those who took care of me *shot out to my nurses Sarah from Windsor, Grace, Jen, Anthony, Adam, Michelle,Lynda, Nicole, Nikki, Rebecca,P.C.T Stephen, Clare, Kim, and anyone else not mentioned who took care of me in 5 west Neuroscience..you all displayed a warm positive caring attitude and deserve recognition for what you do..cause you all were so wonderful and were a blessing to me. The staff only care about a paycheck and how they're going to spend it, what ever happen to old school nursing where they care about the patient, rather than a damn check do something about the nurses behavior, and the care of patients, all i get is bad reviews from this hospital, do something about it, and im to send this far as i can #theydontcare
