I had my first born there, the worst experience... they didn’t even bother cleaning the room or bathroom after. The staff seemed annoyed and barely responded to my calls. The AC was broken and it was freezing in the room. we notified them multiple times a d they never did anything about it. I went back two yrs later bc no urgent cares were open in the area. I check in and i’m told there are 2-3 ppl ahead of me. 2 hrs later i check back and i’m told there are 6 ppl bc part of the ER closed and of course the staff seemed annoy... read more
