We was there for the loss of are child and they treated us with the upmost respect made us feel like we were with family they were able to keep our spirits up throughout this hard moment in our lives.
I received great care but the wait was way too long! I waited hours before anyone came in to examine me. Once I did get a doctor to come in the staff was truly amazing!
Awful. Appointment for a birthing tour at 7 and they're late. I have things to do and the receptionist says "just sit down" when I tell her what I'm here for. Horrible customer service and time management.
Service was great I had the best staff on the 2nd floor, I felt safe and secure, also I want to thank them for a great job.
My care and treatments has been on point. No complaints.
St John Providence of Southfield had an awesome express care I loved all the staff I came in contact with they are very compassionate
The entire staff was excellent. I was there for a CT scan. It's comforting to know that there are people that care. Providence has them all. Thank you and God bless.
I would have thought they would have got my 1 yr old checked in alot sooner. But it took 3 hours to b seen by the doc, smh the slowest it has ever been 4 me.
I was here once, it was drab & dirty! Will never go back!
