It's been hit or miss with me with the clinical staff whenever I have been a patient at either Southfield or Novi. One shift or person will be great, another one awful. I will not let that influence my opinion though. I like the system as a whole, and have been treated with nothing but respect during each and every visit. St. John Providence is my health system, and I see no reason to leave. I'm glad I'm a patient with them.
All my nurses were so nice and attentive. They made me feel real comfortable and relaxed while dealing with me. Shout out to the nurses of Labor and Delivery. I'm hope I'm blessed with the same nurses when I go back in a few weeks for delivery lol.
Outstanding service and very sanitary. I had a great experience and we certainly recommend to other patients.
I am at this hospital RIGHT NOW... being ignored! And having been pushed around in a wheel chair with FECES on it! When I asked yo complain I was again IGNORED!
My only qualm was they were understaffed. It took a while to get your nurses to you, however; once there they were thorough and helpful. They answered any and every question I had. My nurse practitioner was amazing. She constantly told me she was proud of me and my progression.
My brother has been ill since July and spent a lot of that time till now on 3rd floor of the oncology floor. They have been wonderful and so attentive to every need and treated him as family . We came from out of state to spend his last days and they were so kind to us and caring to our brother... we thank everyone that took the time to care .. may God bless you for your kindness...
