After 4 1/2 hours waiting for a bed i decided to rate this hospital and share my experience with future patients. Staff is polite for the most part and facilities are fine but they have a huge problem with bed planning and customer service attitude. Several seriously sick people waiting for hours all complaing and the only answear they woul get is "sorry, no enough beds. Wait to be called". This is a terrible place. There pharmacy department have the worst customer service in Novi, Michigan. There is a girl there who must hate herself and her job. All I have is a first name, "Jessica". I will remember her name forever. She was eager to past the buck and throw her co-workers under the bus. Too much facility with too much attitude.
