First/last visit.Normally go to Taylor's. Had an eye glass emergency. My two sons, and I went in with masks covering mouths only due to medical issues. Mary in repair was rude/disrespectful to us, and continued to be towards my son with Autism. I explained to her of his issues. we put it on our noses. THEN she asked me my name/eye glass issue. Absolutely not! Today my family was treated unfairly by the charge nurse. Nurses are supposed to be caring individuals, yet her personality is more poisonous and toxc than a rattlesnake. I will be sending a detailed description of her behavior, which is not only unbecoming of a nurse, but for anyone that considers themselves a human being. What started as a beautiful day. A day of celebration and excitement. Turned into pure chaos. My Grandmother has been inside this hospital for 56 days. ICU the whole time. Up until a week and half ago we could not visit our dear loved one because of COVID-19 protocol. Today she was being released to another facility to continue care. A big day.
