I would not recommend this hospital. So far it has been a nightmare. Stop giving excuses- we're slammed, it's shift change, .... Take an 85 year old woman with a broken hip and keep her in the ER for 9 hours and make her use a bedpan because that makes sense. Finally, cath her after she wets the bed and has to sit in her in her own urine. Then move her upstairs with no food only to find out 24 hours later that the surgery has been moved. RecommendedWife had surgery today and could not be happier. From Pre Op, POA, CRNA, Anesthesiologist, Surgeon, Post Op Recovery, Transporter and her MA and Nurse. All professional and very courteous and show genuinely they care. So glad to be a part of the Henry Ford Family. Was not sure I could post their names but I definitely wrote them down for when survey comes

RecommendedI worked with Danielle today and absolutely received the Best Service!! She was very patient and knowledgeable. The staff was extra vigilant with regards to making its customers feel safe from The Covid 19 virus. They made sure everything was clean, temperature was taken and I felt very safe being in the store! I highly recommend shopping with them and a big thank you for helping me decide on frames and lenses. I'll definitely be back!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We delivered a sweet baby girl yesterday and EVERY SINGLE Nurse, doctor, anesthesiologist, housekeeper, charter and worker there was there for my baby and I. Ascension River District Hospital has the absolute worst billing department. Crediting wrong accounts refunding money to the wrong person just to name a few of the issues I have with them. I have left several messages emailed several times without a single reply. Every time you call you’re on hold for at least 20 to 25 minutes you cannot get a representative to answer the question they all have to put you on hold and talk to a supervisor however, the supervisor will never come to the phone.
