I got tested at the westbloomfield location 8 days ago, and no answer about my results. i called every single day to the hotline and they didnt have any answer about the results they dont even know where the tests are going. How is this posible! The last call i made today they told me they might thrown away my test. They have no tracking for individual test. RecommendedI got into a car accident this morning. When I arrived there on top of everything going on with the covid-19. With little time I was there to get a cat scan ultrasound etc they treated me with respect had a sense of humor knowing I had a rough morning already but they put me first like a hospital should to all patients. No compassion from higher management. My father was in ICU for 5 days and we were denied visitation due to COVID. But now that he is dying they are allowing one person. The executive order said on March 14 “will allow visitors in certain special circumstances” Other hospital systems in the area are allowing 3-4 visitors for end of life. For a hospital who “take pride in ministering to the needs of the whole person - body, mind and spirit” They failed my father and family.
this hospital is poorly run. they schedule surgery for 1:00pm then make you wait till 4:30pm. after surgery yous put him in a regular room. then after two days of treating his pain with tylenol yous put him icu.he has been being treated with narco for the past 6 months. now yous put him with drawal then wonder what's wrong with him. then it go on with the incompetent care. then schedule to move to a rehab center at 1:30pm then finally get him there at 9:00 PM the middle of the night. I can go on .
It's a very big hospital everyone is friendly & helpful & it's clean.....
No way , the care for old people is terrible
