I was so pleased. I had my daughter’s one-year old Acadia, with her 11-month-old twins in car seats in the back seat. After a program at the library I carried them to the vehicle in 109 degree temps. The car wouldn’t start. I drove to the nearest dealer - after getting a jump - and the mechanic stayed longer to make sure I got a battery installed right away. Visiting Mesa from Indiana on a road trip. Have relatives here. After about 4500 miles needed an oil change quickly, no one else had the time for us but this dealership. Thank you so much! Great service! They even felt sorry for all the bugs and gave us a complimentary car wash at Jackson's carwash. Both did an awesome job. Thank you very much from some weary travelers. After a bit of a rough start, I had an excellent experience at Henry Brown Buick and GMC. So good in fact, after buying my new GMC truck, my wife returned and bought a new Acadia. Love the vehicles, loved the professional service, loved the deals!

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received at Henry Brown Buick GMC. There are many other options in the Gilbert area for car purchases, repairs, and service. I'd like to think my grievances could be resolved with outreach from the dealership by someone who would listen and address my issues.
I’m too upset and disappointed with my visit .. I’m going to give them a chance to respond.
