If I could give them no star I would! This has been the worst experience with a car dealership! To make a long and painful two month ordeal short and sweet let me explain... My car was purchased new in 2015 and I have a little over 20 thousand miles on it!! After taking it in for a routine oil change my husband noticed it leaking oil. We loved this dealership! After going to multiple dealerships, we knew we really wanted to work with them. Royce Bell was our salesperson and although he had only been working at Henry Brown a few days, he was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to ask and find out information for us. We also enjoyed working with Kelsey Brown and Adrienne in financing. We will highly recommend Henry Brown Buick and GMC. It made car searching a very pleasant experience!
