Hands down best dealership in the valley I have bought 6 cars from Henry Brown, and everytime I walk in I get the VIP treatment, no back door dealings, no writing what you want on a piece of paper then they take it back to the manager, and they offer you something different, so then you write on the paper again what you want and the sales rep goes back again to he back and comes out with another off the wall deal, these guys have a open door policy, plus its nice walking into a dealership and it feels like you are just one o... read more

I have a 98 oldsmobile that had a recall on it in regards to oil leaking and starting engine compartment fires. So I called and scheduled that appointment. I still have a oil leak out of the oil pan, but they didn't fix it, since it "wasn't the part that was on the recall" even though this is a highly know issue for this car. So they just replaced the parts, and sent me on my way. Well as I was leaving they said there had been another Recall on my car in regards to the rear seatbelts.
