HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After hours at the dealership on Saturday, February 6th, agreement had been signed with sales manager. My husband and I were waiting outside the finance door to sign the papers when the sales manager told us he "messed up" and they could not honor the agreement we already signed, and it was going to be more money. They already ran our credit, we were just waiting to sign the final docs. What an absolute waste of time! We walked. Still waiting on a call from the GM. I'm sure that's not going to happen!
After a rocky beginning they honored the deal. Even when the deal hurt them. I do have to admit I was not happy. After expressing my feelings the team at Henry Brown made it right! That's what concerns me, not who was right or wrong. Just honor the customer and do what's right. They did! Good job!!
Very good place! Heidi the service writer was very friendly, and quick to get me checked in, and Darrol really knows his stuff with Corvettes! Who knew I'd find a great Corvette mechanic at a Buick/GMC dealership!
I tried to buy a new duramax crewcab from this dealership. 1st, they wasted an hour of my time and gave me a price of full msrp, then I called Ben Brown, he said 3 or 4 times he would get me pricing and never called or texted. This place sucks. I bought my ride from Liberty GMC. No slime ball sales guys like HB, no bs. Makes you happy to buy a 55,000 truck from them.
The best experience ever at a car dealer. I bought a used RAV 4 and thought the transmission was too loud. They replaced it without any hassle. My next car will more than likely come from them.
