I spent a couple weeks looking at Trucks on a serious note. I went back and forth with multiple Dealerships. #HENRYBROWNBUICKGMC knew I was looking and comparing trucks and rates. They were respectful, competitive, and helpful in guiding me and weren’t afraid to have me call the other dealership to have them disclose their process. They may not be the cheapest but the put forth a great product and show #class and #quality.
Was good until I noticed the my dash clips were all broken and cheap Velcro was put on to hide it...bought the vehicle brand new and was serviced at this location so I'm guessing they took my good one for another truck and put this broken one in and I wondered why my dash my rattled so much...never buying from here again...
I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was at Henry Brown. Blake and the team worked a great deal, minimized my time at the dealership, and put me in a vehicle the meets my needs. I was able to pick my truck up the next morning and Robert came in on Saturday just to deliver the vehicle. I have been in customer service for 20 years and I felt my experience at Henry Brown was worth a great review and my highest recommendation! Well Done!!
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said it would be up to an hour to an hour and 15 minutes , it took less than 20 minutes.
