GMC Terrain, class action, defect proven, yet you refuse to help. Just charged me $90 for "diagnostics" before you'd let me tow my car away to CarMax, who will help me. You folks sure haven't. We've done our last business with you. Shameful.

The entire process of buying the vehicle was a nightmare. Blake & Brandon made promises they didn't keep. So many things were awful, too many to list. And get this, I have a "We Owe" that says I'll get 2 tanks of gas. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change & Brandon & Blake's "assistant " both said since I gave them a bad review, they aren't giving me any gas. That's not how it works. sales dept is on point and their service dept is amazing.

Amazing service from start to finish, We love working with Dwayne Champion, we just purchased our 2019 GMC Sierra last Saturday and love it!!! We always look Dwayne up when our family is in the market to purchase a vehicle. We also love Pete in service, always gets us in when we need to have anything done with our trucks! Wouldn't go any place else!! Thank you for the great service you guys always give us!!! You guys are the best!!
Trash dealership. Waited hours for “approval” and then got a call a month later saying I needed to put more money down, when I said no they said never mind you’re approved. Then sent the wrong amounts to the finance company and still haven’t sent me my license plate two months later. Stay away from these liars
