Horrible experience. My husband spent 40000 on a 2019 truck, that 5 days later broke down, leaving him stranded outside of Payson. HB had it towed to a dealership in Payson, who, 5 days later still can’t find the problem. My husband wants it towed to the valley, HB refuses to pay towing. Brian in service is horrible, no one there wants to help, all they do is jack you around AFTER they’ve taken your money.

I signed a purchase contract and paid my down payment 15 days ago and was assigned to a specific lender. On 9/3 I got a message from finance telling me that the finance company would not take the deal without a co-signer. I immediately told them I did not have a co-signer and that I would return the vehicle that same day as soon as they initiated the refund for my down payment. I have taken my Buick into the dealership for a very serious and dangerous problem. After thousands of dollars my car is still not fixed. I tried to trade my car in and the sales department was extremely rude. I do not recommend this dealership at all.
We have been customers of Henry Brown for over 20 years, from the original Brown&Brown store downtown Mesa to their current location.The service Department folks are friendly and helpful. Our Sales rep, Mr. Tom Wright is a very professional and knowledgeable sales person. He's very knowledgeable on product and keeps up with different rebates and F&I choices.

Wish a negative number could be given. NEVER. OVER PRICED. Was told a repair on chevy 2500 was 1000 dollars took it to local shop for well under 200. NEVER AGAIN.
