Had no problems here up until today, scheduled an oil change for 920 arrived 910. Car was not even taken back until 1005. Communication goes a long way, your company should try and teach that to your employees. Had I been told your service department “was behind” I would have rescheduled for another day.

RecommendedWe were here from Arkansas visiting family in Gilbert ,when we had tire go flat on our 2019 Buick I called Henry Brown Buick and explained what was going on and they got me in that afternoon installed a new tire and had the work completed in about an hour.A person doesn’t”t want to have trouble away from home but thanks to the good people at Henry Brown I felt like I was at my home town Buick Dealer.

Bought a “new” 2019 GMC Terrain in June. Website showed it only had two miles on it. Worked everything out prior to going to the dealer. Picked it up from Henry Brown GMC and it had 1700 miles on it, not new at all. The storage compartment between the front seats had trash in it. The infotainment unit has a user infos burned into it, factory resets will not remove it. RecommendedI don’t recommend no one to this dealer. My fiancé bought a car from them 6 months ago and he took it to mechanic to fix it 6-7 times, they are not doing their jobs and their customer service is really bad and one of my cousins too happened to him same thing and they did not even care to bother themselves. BAD BAD BAD... they should return the car or switch it because it’s not our fault they sold us a broken car and they told us it’s in good condition and I have A lot to say but it’s NOT working with them
