I have had great previous experiences with my oil changes at Henry Brown.Today I had my oil change and was told afterwords when we reviewed the inspection that everything was fine except that my cabin and air filters were dirty and needed to be replaced.I informed the service agent that was impossible since I had just changed both of them last weekend and had they actually checked them they would see that.I called the dealership and requested to speak to the General Manager and was told calls cannot be directed to the Genera... read more

Rigo and his team members did a great job of making sure everything was in order when I got there and the vehicle was exactly how he described it was. I was in and out in under a half hour and on the road back home. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Two thumb up!
HB took advantage of my elderly father who has demetia, a disabled Vietnam vet, they sold him three cars upgrading him to the next model when all he needed was someone to explain, the electronics or change the oil. They wrote the check for him and had him sign. Unethical, predatory and unprofessional.
