I recently purchased the jet setter back pack and the decorative lock came off the 1st day I carried it. Today I took it to the Lenox Square mall in Atlanta Georgia to see if I could exchange it for a new bag. The sales associate proceeded to tell me that it was not a manufacturer defect but she could GLUE it back on! I was kind of shocked! I mean I could have glued it myself if that were the case! Love Henri Bendel! Shopped his store in Caesars Las Vegas. Good quality bags and jewels. Sister and I bought both -left with armful of bags. Can't wait to try his new store in Las Vegas at Fashion Show Mall on our next vacation. They will ship your items from Vegas, also. My sister had large items shipped-they did great job on shipping.
