I purchased a purse online and after about one month the handle hardware started coming lose. The customer support team was super helpful. I ended up stopping by my local store and they were amazing. My purse was no longer available so the sales associate took the time to call around. You can guess I'll be back!

We just recently purchased a Henri Bendel bag and it is wonderful.... It's pretty.
Purchased an amazing silver hobo bag with monogram, got it in with half my last initial missing. Should have NEVER shipped like that. Called and sent it back they were shipping a new one. Got the next order but it was someone else's order..small pink coin purse. Told customer service I wanted it overnighted that day. Rep said when they see the tracking number of the incorrect item was shipped back they would send out new one. Unacceptable, why do I have to wait due to their error..TWICE. Called and canceled order.
HB - of course is still HB!!!! A great accessory boutique shop to accompany all of the ladies who lunch - once upon a time - and now - are career women who are total successes..
Visited the fifth Ave store today in Nyc and they took such good care of me! Love the store
I absolutely love my solar charger and my ear buds . I love all things associated with this fassion ground breaking brand . Im A List girl for life. You have everything I need to be successful at work . One thing id live to see is Rain boots as I do live and reside In Spartanburg South Carolina and a redefined rain coat I love the one I have but rain over here is hellish Jk :)
Bad quality and costumer service. I love the look but it fell apart in just a few months.
