The second floor is amazing! The old manager Albina was awesome!
I have shopped at Henri Bendel for years !!! I have NEVER had a problem with their product ; it is always very high quality . Also Dan in the Dallas store is the absolute best !

Henri Bendel sucks!! I tried to order a scarf online but I received an error message and the order wasn't placed, but they still took the money from my bank account!! The only thing they were able to tell me at the costumer care is that they can't place my order and I have to wait up to 30 days to get my money back!! This is totally unacceptable!!
I remember the first time I had ever been in Henri Bendel (in 1988) ... My husband took me there to pick out my birthday gift... there were so many choices.. I could not make up my mind. He chose for me. and I still have the makeup bag set. It has traveled with us and it is a bit frayed and worn.. but the experience of bendel's was priceless. the sales people were exceptional... considering we were black and were seriously dressed down on a Saturday... that didn't matter to them.. that in itself was priceless. Customer service team is Fantastic !! I ordered my hand bag 3 weeks ago & honestly thought it was lost in the mail. I was sending constant emails to the customer service team , they always responded efficiently and quickly & tried their best to help locate the package and we're happy to give me a full refund. Not rude at all. Bag came today , so happy !! Thanks guys :)
I am a frequent shopper at the Walt Whitman store enough that they know me by first name. This visit was disappointing from sales people to manager. If you run a promotion then dam it stick to it. Not a happy shopper.
