Terrible Customer Service!!! I ordered a Christmas present. A package arrived with my name on it but the product inside was someone else's. The shipping label must have been switched. When I called, the company said my product was set to arrive the next day. It did not. I have contacted the company twice since then by email but to see when my package might arrive but no response. i understand mistakes happen but I don't understand how you don't follow up when you have made a mistake.
I was super excited to make my first purchase at Henri Bendel! My girlfriends and I decide to take a weekend trip to the Big Apple and Henri Bendel was on the list of places to shop. Love everything HB!! I was recently at the flagship store at the Caesars Forum Shops in Las Vegas and purchased the large Jetsetter backpack satchel sling convertible bag and matching zip wallet...LOVE IT! I get compliments all the time!! I plan to buy more bags and accessories!

I love the stuff but the manager in the Orlando store recently told me I have returned too much and can't return any more. This was like two days after I had spent $745 and wanted to return a couple of the items. I though that was rude and unfair. I had been planning to buy the lipstick ornament but didn't because I was insulted. So basically their stuff is cute but don't impulse buy.
I was recently at the Flagship store in NY and received excellent customer service from all of the staff, but special mention needs to go to Lorna there (I hope I have her name right) She was the person who handled my transaction and was so sweet and wonderful and ensured I was thrilled with my purchases! I visit this store every time I go to New York and without fail, leave with a brown and white striped shopping bag!
