Fantastic department store. Almost a throwback to kind of a gilded age of 5th Avenue shopping. As a guy, not a lot for me there. But as a guy who buys gifts, here and there, for women - fantastic.
I got my Rivington Tote just the other day and I love it! The monogram on it is just perfect, makes it so personal and I have already gotten compliments for the bag. � I messed up on the number for my shipping address so I called and the lady was so helpful and managed to change it so I got my bag delivered on time and to the right address � Love HB and will continue to shop with them!
While on vacation in Florida with my daughter last year she purchased the black convertible backpack. One year later we are back and were shopping when the employee noticed that the metal on her bag was worn and appeared silver instead if gold. They replaced the bag on the spot! We never brought it to there attention they noticed while she was shopping. Great customer service!!! We will be back.

This company is absolutely fabulous! Their customer service always replies promptly and courteously. I recently made a mistake on a monogrammed item and they let me return it and send me the correct one. The quality of their handbags and jewelry is definitely worth the price too!

If you order on the website, make sure you watch to see if your order has shipped. Even though I have ordered and payed with Paypal multiple times lately with no problems, apparently, my order was on hold due to a glitch with Paypal. No one contacted me. It was after my order did not arrive when it was supposed to or the next day, that I contacted the company for tracking. Thank you Henri Bendel for my jet setter backpack it's perfect for work and traveling!! Only thing I would recommend is improving letting your customers know tracking information. Also letting them know if their package is on the way or that you shipped the packages separately.
