I purchased the Whipped stitch convertible backpack in black on line for a birthday gift for myself. I love the bag it’s roomy, but the skip pocket is too sallow to use it, the lining is too dark. Wish it had more slip pockets that are deeper to put a cell phone in. Wish I had gone to a store first.
A shopping experience like no other. Beautiful store, staff helpful and aim to please helping anyway they can. Merchandise displayed beautifully and location,location!

Me and my mother went into the NY store yesterday and had an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Stacey A. Was awesome, always right there asking if we needed anything atall! She was so sweet and every time we found something we wanted she went and got a new one from the back. Our experience was very pleasant and the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back! Thank you HB for making our time yesterday so much fun!
I just received my HB Jetsetter Convertible Backpack and matching wallet 57th in Canteen. I'm a first time HB purchaser and feeling like I found a new best friend. This bag will never be sold nor will anyone be able to borrow (speaking of my daughters). I love the style, material, and it's in my favorite color. ���
Ordered the jet setter as a graduation gift for my daughter. It arrived within a few days. The bag is beautiful!

OMG - Their bags are not only beautiful but so functional. I love the extra pockets both inside & out, the interchangeable straps and the detailing - gorgeous without being OTT. They have numerous sales and promotions so you'll hardly ever have to pay full price or you'll get something extra in your order - which is always nice! We're truly addicted to Henri Bendel Bags!!!
