Love my backpack I ordered. Came in a beautiful gift box and wrapped nicely with a bow.
Quality products, great designs, affordable bags compared to other designer names.
Went into our local HB to buy the jet setter. The color and size I wanted was sold out. My sales rep called every store in the US and got me my jet setter. Arrived within the same week!! After I received it I also ordered sunglasses. Of course that following day they had a sale. I called the 800# and customer service promptly gave me the sale refund!! Love how they keep everything on file!!
So... this is my first time ordering from HB.. and I ordered something from HB for my mom as an early bday gift and we just got the package and we got the gift box itself but no gift. I called customer service and I was told there was an error with gift wrapping and that I will receive the gift tonight. I am like that's not acceptable.. how do I know this will not happen again if I decide to do future orders. I'm thankful that my mom leaves tomorrow or she wouldn't be able to receive her gift because we are moving in a few w... read more
I love everything Bendel. Wonderful bags! The quality is incredible and the prices are great!
Pair of glasses not even a year old and the film on them is already spotting. Mind you I take excellent care of my eyewear. I think I'll just stick to paying the extra for a reliable pair of sunnies. Customer service said there is no warranty or repair policy for glasses. Don't recommend. Will be the last time I buy glasses here.
