I’m very disappointed with the quality of my jet setter bag. After just a couple of months after I purchased the bag the handle started falling apart. It’s very frustrating specially since I only use it on weekends so it isn’t a problem of wear and tear. I sent it back to the store to have it repaired. One of the worst place to buy jewlery from I m disappointed how you spend on jewlery n they break after 6 months or so n u waste gas going back and forth just to get it fixed. No more will be bendel girl u rip us n then expect us to love your store. Hell no its not the 1st time their jewlery sucks DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THEIR JEWLERY. I wished Henri Bendel would start letting customers review their products on their website. Two months ago I purchased the luggage, backpack, and briefcase. I paid $698.00 for the luggage and am really disappointed in the quality. The wheels do not roll smoothly, the luggage tips forward, and the handle is wobbly. The candles are amazing. Even the travel-sized candles have a vast throw. Firewood is my favorite scent.
