Received the convertible bag as a gift. Within 6 months, it started falling apart. Reported the issue and I am being given the "favor" of having it shipped to their repairs department but I have to supply the shipping materials. I have purchased many items and their customer service is amazing!!!! I purchased items for my wedding, sent a Facebook message about items and they responded almost immediately and were even helpful changing items in one order. I would hands down recommend their products, they are well made and versatile.
I love all of their products! Never had a problem with any purchases or returns.
I’m disappointed coz they closed my favorite store Henry BENDEL in Las Vegas at Fashion Mall. Employees are so helpful and friendly ladies. I had several purchase like beautiful bags, jewelry and some other stuff. I’m hoping they will consider to re-open that store. Please!!!!!
Horrible customer service. I had a Henri Bendel $50 off voucher for using their credit card for previous purchases, the voucher didn't work. I messaged them and at first was wonderful and then when I inquired again why my voucher wasn't credited to my account after 10 business days the girl gave me such an attitude. In shipment I was missing my piece of jewelry and they refused to replace it. It funny all these reviews and no response from the Company. I just did an online return. Tried calling CS to help me decide. Needed details. They were i knowledge about the products. I got more info from the site. HORRIBLE customer service. For what the charge it should be impeccable. I ended up sending back the bag. Seemed like good quality but zipper issues as well. I don’t wanna fight my bag to get in it.
