Beautiful handbags and travel bags
The only time I have ever received something correct from Henri was my first order. They had it monogrammed and it matched my wallet so I was happy. I order a briefcase from them, which arrives damaged and incorrect monogram color. I needed it for a conference, which is why I paid for rush shipping. One of my favorites couldn’t decide which one I liked best. So I had to treat myself to two new bags! The quality is worth it!
Wow, stunned to find that a handbag that was bought for me as a gift is obviously flawed with the strap detaching from the bag. I thought that given the Henri Bendel name and reputation that they would help me. Ooops out of the one year warranty so no interest in putting this right despite an obvious manufacturing flaw. Henri Bendel doesn't appear to focus on quality or care about customers. Been shopping here for a few years now. ALWAYS had AMAZING customer service at the 5th Ave flagship store in NYC. Maribel and Wendy lived up to this and were SO very helpful to me yesterday . Company is drastically declining. While other companies are expanding their customers’ ability to shop the brand, HB is making increasingly more difficult and customer service is at an all-time low. My past 3 experiences would leave ppl in disbelief. I’m have been an A-lister for several years and have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this last time was the last straw. I’ve never had a company make it so difficult for me to spend $$ with them. UNREAL.

Bought beautiful earring jackets to wear with my studs. Wore them to both of my kids weddings!
Bought a purse online. Decided to return it to a store, as stated in their return policy. Store said they can not accept online returns in store because the register is not set up to. So, they have to send it to the warehouse to process the return. What is the point of stating you can bring it back to a store to do a return when you cant? Been a week, just got notified the warehouse has accepted my return. Now to wait another week for the return to hit my card. Beyond annoyed!
