Sad to read the negative reviews! It is a shame that sometimes staff gives a bad to these great stores! You should contact the guy in the top! The downtown store in Chicago has the best employees and are always going above and beyond for me! I now buy all my purses there! Going to get another next month! Maybe Mr. Bendel should read these reviews and fix the solution in other stores! It is his name that those taking care of his business are damaging!
I’ve wanted the Jetsetter backpack for a long time but couldn’t afford it. My father and daughter purchased it for me as a gift. After having it for 4 months the straps started falling apart. I didn’t have a receipt since it was a gift. I emailed customer service and they said nothing can be done. I’m so upset that this expensive purse that I love and wanted for so long is now just sitting in my closet.
I would like to commend Sharon Mulvey of the fifth ave store. She helped me with my online purchase and replied to my emails in a timely manner. She went above and beyond her work to look for a bag that I have seen online but was already out of stock. She also made sure that the packaging was small enough so that I could save on international shipping. Because of her assistance, my first Henri Bendel purchase was hassle-free. I got the bag now and its even prettier than I expected. I will be purchasing again for sure ;-)
I love this store. So unique. I love my converible nylon backpack. I like that Henri Bendel bags are accessible through their stores only which makes them a high end retailer. Very happy, love my sleeper dust bag as well.
I just recently purchase a few bags from both las vegas stores and staffs are all helpful and friendly. I was going to order jewelrys and bags from your website but after I read the common on your facebook, I don't feel confident to order online. It is such a good brand; however, if the management team is not take care well all the online ordering situation. It really damage the brand.
Fell in love with a cute bag design and decided to purchase it. Since the Henri Bendel site does not ship to Malaysia, I had to liaise with Sharon Mulvey from the Personal Shopping Services department. She was absolutely wonderful! Prompt, helpful and always upbeat in her email responses. Will definitely recommend to others.
I love everything about this brand and can't wait to celebrate my mom's birthday by going to the NYC store this year! <3
I went to the Las Vegas store and loved all of the sales associates and bought a bendel rock ring and a back pack. Love the store LAS VEGAS Caesars PALACE ROCKS!
