I absolutely love Henri Bendel items. I purchased 3 bags, 2 scarves, a pair of sunglasses and a baseball cap. I am in love with every single piece. Each bag look as it does online and even more vibrant in person. All of my items came in one box and was packaged well. They supplied me with a dust bag for each purse as someone in a previous review said they didn't receive one and the monogram adds that extra flare of personalization. My mom and I have been shopping here for years (Easton Town Center is our local store). My first item from Henri Bendel was a gift I had received for Christmas from my boyfriend. It was the black nylon jetsetter backpack that I have been wanting for a while. I was excited for my very 1st purchase with Henri Bendel. Bought the bracelet that is magnetic closure with a monogram charm for myself for my birthday....had a very rough start to our vacay to Vegas so it was a perfect gift.....that is until the next day where it popped off somewhere on the strip. Can't beleive it could not handle just walking! So disappointed with it and hope that the company can look into a stronger magnet!
