Stopped in after our Afternoon Tea & the Plaza & Horse & Carriage in Central Park on Sat.(6/2) What a beautiful Store. Service was top notch. The associate Erin who helped us in the handbag dept. was excellent! He went to Store room 2 retrieve a new bag for us. Plus everything was 20-30% off & we even received a lovely soft complimentary beach towel. Very pleasant shopping experience. We will be frequenting your establishment again. Henri Bendel’s is a New York treasure!

I just had the worst unprofessional customer service over the phone when trying to place an order. Because of that I'll probably never purchase anything again from henri bendel. I really like your products but I wont buy anything from a company who treats their customers ugly over the phone.
Terrible customer service - hardware on my graffiti backpack falling off and it’s only a month old! Now I’m told I have to ship it back at my cost and they’ll try to replace despite being under warranty!!
